Once you have developed and tested your chosen marketing strategy you need to develop your marketing plan.
Failing to develop a robust marketing plan is like planning to fail in your marketing. If you do not develop a marketing plan the chances are you will fail to do the things required to attract more sales leads and convert them into loyal customers, and you will waste your money on ineffective marketing.

Your marketing plan needs to underpin your strategic marketing and business objectives and should consider target markets, demographics, geography, multiple routes to market, Market conditions, sales forecasts, market positioning your competitors and analysis (SWOT analysis and PEST analysis.)

Distribution and route to market marketing plan
Sales promotion plan
Internet marketing plan
