Terms and Conditions

The sale of goods by Interior Art Direct ( the company ) to its customers shall be bound by the following terms and conditions of trading according to UK law.

Signing for goods is an acknowledgement that the package has been received in good undamaged order.

Once goods are signed for, Interior Art Direct cannot take responsibility for any damage thereafter.

The 30 day money back guarantee is discretionary and commences from the date of dispatch. Goods must be sent back to IAD in the original packaging at the customers' expense in the condition it was received. IAD cannot accept responsibility for goods damaged when they are sent back. IAD will replace faulty goods once it has received the original package. Refunds will be given once the faulty goods and cash back have been received and cleared. Refunds cannot be given unless the full cahback amount has been received and cleared.

Postage and packing will be charged additionally as per the published website

Cash back is based on 15% of the price paid for the canvas. Commission is not paid on the carriage and VAT.

If you are personally VAT registered cash back is inclusive of any VAT. It is the clients' responsibility to declare all commission to the Inland Revenue. Inland Revenue guidelines require proof of tax district and reference prior to the payment of any cash back. The company will retain these details as proof of due diligence in the event of an inspection by the Inland Revenue.

Goods will be generally dispatched within 10 working days from receipt of cleared funds. The company will endeavour to communicate any delays via email. Cash back will usually be paid the month after purchase by electronic transfer or by cheque.

Interior art direct, cannot take responsibility for any perceived loss or damage in the event that goods are not as expected.

We operate a no fuss money back guarantee in the unlikely event of a dissatisfied end customer.

All canvas art should be securely attached to a suitable surface or wall by a competent person in a manner that will prevent accidental removal from the wall. An assessment of risk should be conducted before hanging. The company cannot take any responsibility for loss, damage or injury due to any art becoming unsecured from the wall.

The company operates a policy of continual improvement and reserves the right to change products, pricing, promotional offers and cash back at its own discretion without prior warning.

Data protection

The company does not share any personal details with any outside organisations.

The company and its subsidiaries may from time to time contact the customer directly with offers, promotions or news of other relevant services.

Images from the website may be printed for mood boards/design reviews to show clients how the art may look.

Under no circumstances may the art be copied or reproduced for any other reason.

Colour printing

Printing and colour matching is a very complex process affected by many variables, including manufacturing tolerances of inks, printing equipment and variations in printing substrates. The company operates a tinting service which aims to compliment (not match exactly) the pantone reference number given. Colours will also vary when viewing images on computer monitors, desktop printing and high resolution prints. For these reasons, the company can take no responsibility for perceived differences between the website and finished images. The company uses the best possible materials and UV stable inks, but some slight discolouration may occur over time. Prints should not be hung in direct sunlight as this will cause increased fading of the image and canvas. Cnavas's are not suitable for external or damp environments, or extreme temperatures and are intended for domestic living areas, and public places.

Errors by the customer on ordering (eg canvas number or pantone reference number) are not the responsibility of the company.
